Live in Peer Leaning Hub

Move in to Peer Learning

Since peer learning is a traveling share house and you are starting a digital nomadic lifestyle, we recommend that you put your belongings in storage or leave them at your parents’ house before you leave so that you can easily move to the next country.

Length of staying

Although the Peer Learning Hub can be thought of as a four-year period for college students, they may stay longer in the area where they wish to work along the way, and they may even stay in the Peer Learning Hub after graduation. We recommend that you start without deciding “until when.” Of course, you may have a planned length of stay, but you may quit school for some reason, or you may move to a different country the following month when the opportunity arises, since the infrastructure allows you to easily move from one country to another. I think it is better to imagine that you will stay in the same country for about one year (sometimes three months or six months).

What about luggage?

As for your belongings, (1) leave them in storage or (2) declutter them. If you have a house, it would be desirable to (3) rent it out furnished to others, etc. before moving to a peer learning hub. When moving to a peer learning hub overseas, you will probably need to take 2 or 3 suitcases with you and send the rest by sea, but we do not recommend sending furniture by sea. It is preferable to procure furniture locally and dispose of it there.
